This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) may provide to us or that we may collect through (1) your use of our website located at arizonaworkshopdirectory.com or other URLs we may designate from time to time, (2) the Arizona Workshop Directory Provider Portal, (3) any other websites that we link to this Privacy Policy, and (4) any digital communications or newsletters (collectively, our “Services”).
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and is part of, our Provider Terms of Service and our User Terms of Use, which govern your access to and your use of the Services. This Privacy Policy does not cover data or information we receive from third parties, and it does not cover third-party products and services. If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us at contact@arizonaworkshopdirectory.com.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@arizonaworkshopdirectory.com, and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. Any User who is a minor in their state of residence may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect two types of information from users of our Services: “Personal Information,” which is information that you provide that can be used to identify you (such as your name or your email address), and “Aggregate Information,” which is information that cannot be used to identify you (such as frequency of visits to the Services and your browser type).
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use our Services or communicate with us.
For Users (General Public): If you choose to use our "Get Notified" feature or sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and the preferences you select, which may include the workshop types, locations, and collections you are interested in and your preferred email frequency. We use this information to send you digital newsletters, workshop highlights, and promotions related to the Arizona Workshops Platform, tailored to the preferences you provide. We send these communications by email only. You may update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
For Providers (Businesses): When you purchase a Workshop Listing or create a Provider Portal account, we collect contact information such as your name, business name, physical address, phone number, website URL, and email address. We also collect the photographs and descriptions you provide for your Workshop Listing.
WORKSHOP INQUIRIES AND DATA
When a User submits an inquiry through a contact form on a Workshop Listing, we collect the information provided in that form (such as name, email, and message content) to route it to the respective Provider.
Note: Arizona Workshop Directory acts only as a delivery mechanism for these messages. We do not monitor or use the contents of these communications, and we retain them only as necessary to route and deliver them to the Provider and to operate the Services.
INFORMATION WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT
When you use our Services, through your interaction with our website, we automatically receive and collect information from your device. This information includes the following:
Information about your device, such as the operating system, hardware, system version, Internet Protocol (IP) address, device ID, and device language.
Your country and general location, time zone, and language used.

The time, frequency, connection type, and duration of your use of our Services.
Information regarding your interaction with email messages, for example, whether you opened, clicked on, or forwarded the email message.
Identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser (as further described below).

AGGREGATE INFORMATION COLLECTED
Aggregate Information is information that does not identify you. Aggregate Information may be collected when you use our Services, independent of any information you voluntarily enter. Additionally, we may use one or more processes to de-identify information that contains Personal Information, such that only Aggregate Information remains. We may collect, use, store, and transfer Aggregate Information without restriction.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Like most websites, our Services use “cookies.” Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to help us identify you when you come to our Services.
Our Services collect cookies and may use cookies for reasons including, but not limited to:
Analyze our web traffic using an analytics package.
Identify if you are signed in to the Services.

Store information about your preferences.
Recognize when you return to the Services.
Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website and Services by enabling us to monitor which pages, functions, and features you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. This setting may prevent you from taking full advantage of the Services.
We may use third parties, such as Google Analytics or other analytics providers, to analyze traffic to our website. Providing the Platform: Maintaining and protecting the directory and Provider Portal.
Marketing the Platform: Using “Listing Snippets” (business names and photos) in newsletters and promotional materials as permitted by the Terms.
User Notifications: Sending newsletters, workshop highlights, and promotions tailored to the email address and preferences (workshop types, locations, collections, and frequency) provided by Users.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information, and we do not share it with other companies - including our own affiliated businesses - for their marketing. If you subscribe to our email notifications or newsletters, we will not share or sell your email address.
We share information only in the following circumstances:
To Facilitate Services: We route User inquiries submitted via the Platform directly to the intended Provider.
Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with vendors who help us operate our business, such as website hosting and email delivery providers. These vendors may use your information only to perform services for us and may not use it for their own marketing.
Payments: All Provider payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. Provider payment information is provided directly to Stripe, and we do not receive or store the full payment card number. We may receive confirmation of payment and limited billing or contact information (such as the email address associated with the payment method). Stripe's use of this information is governed by its own Privacy Policy and we disclaim any and all liability related to the use of Stripe’s services.
Affiliated Businesses and Promotions: We may display advertising or promotional content for our own affiliated brands, products, or services within the Services - for example, a banner promoting another directory we operate. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your Personal Information, including your email address, to any affiliated business or other company for marketing purposes. Any promotion of an affiliated business happens only by showing you content while you use our Services, never by giving that business your information.
Required Transfers: We may disclose information to comply with legal requirements (subpoenas, court orders), to investigate potential crimes, or in connection with a business merger or sale.
YOUR RIGHTS
The Right to Access, Correct, and Delete Personal Information: Where required by law, we will provide you with the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. You may submit a request by emailing contact@arizonaworkshopdirectory.com.
We will respond to requests within the time frame permitted by applicable law.
We may take steps to verify your identity before processing your request in accordance with applicable law. We will not fulfill your request unless you have provided sufficient information for us to reasonably verify you are the individual about whom we collected personal information. We will only use the personal information provided in the verification process to verify your identity or authority to make a request and to track and document request responses unless you initially provided the information for another purpose.
Opting Out: If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications or “Get Notified” updates, you may opt out by following the “Unsubscribe” instructions included in each email.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain personal information in accordance with applicable law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we maintain; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Platform contains links to external websites (specifically Provider websites). We provide such hyperlinks for your reference and convenience only. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their content or the privacy or other practices of such websites. It is up to you to read and fully understand their privacy policies. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators. If you are submitting information to any such third party through our Services, you should review and understand that party’s applicable policies, including their privacy policies, before providing your information to the third party. We disclaim any and all liability based upon your use of such external websites.

When you interact with our pages or content on these platforms, the platform collects information about you under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. We may receive aggregated, non-identifiable analytics from these platforms about how our pages and content perform, which we use to improve our marketing. Your interactions with these platforms are governed by their respective privacy policies, not this one.
